This PreK–1st grade music activity helps students identify and demonstrate singing, speaking, whispering, and shouting voices through listening, movement, and vocal exploration.
Students listen to recorded examples of each voice type and practice identifying what they hear. Use the colorful posters as visual cues during music class, hold up individual cards for students to demonstrate each voice, or turn the activity into a fun 4 Corners listening game.
